Replacements are accepted within 6 months of purchase if something breaks or doesn't work. The courier cost for the replacement item is taken care of by the buyer.
Returns accepted within 14 days. It's the responsibility of the buyer to send it back. Courier costs are not refundable. Full product cost is refunded once we receive the item.
In case of LED props destroyed by water or fire, and fire props destroyed by water, replacement or return is not accepted.
